Licensing Specialist observed a child care personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month did not complete the 40 hour Introductory Child Care Training requirement. Director was instructed to have staff complete the training requirement within the due date given to come back in compliance for this standard. Observed that the children were not signed in on the daily attendance records for the 17 children in one of the VPK classrooms. Technical assistance was provided to make sure that children are signed in immediately when they arrive/dropped off by parents/guardians. The teacher signed all the children in during the inspection
