39-03 · Accident/ Incident Notification and Documentation
39-3: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that an accident report was created for the child that got injured. Staff advised that the accident report was created on the day of the incident, 10/15/2024. During the inspection, the director advised that the incident report was not created on the day of the incident for the child that caused the injuries, it was created on 10/16/2024. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 6.4, A All accidents and incidents or unusual occurrences that are threatening to the health, safety, or welfare of a child that occur while the child is in care must be documented on the same day they occur

One of the Departments online literacy courses available on the Departments website. B. One of the Departments approved literacy courses. One college level early literacy course (for credit or non-credit) if taken within the last five years
