4-6: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that there was a one year old in a high chair watching tv. During the inspection, the one year old was removed from the TV. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 2.5, D Do not include the use of electronic media for children under two years of age. Electronic media may only be used for educational purposes or physical activity for children 2 years of age and older for no more than 1 to 2 hours per day

28-4: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that the fire drill log was not maintained in that there was no fire drill documented for June 2024. During the inspection, staff added the fire drill information to the fire drill log, this is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.21, D A current attendance record and parent/guardian contact information must accompany child care personnel out of the home during a drill or actual evacuation, and be used to account for all children. The operator must maintain a written record of the fire drills showing the date, number of children and child care personnel in attendance, evacuation route used, and time taken for all individuals to evacuate the premises. Each fire drill record must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the fire drill. The fire drills conducted must include, at a minimum: 1. One fire drill during the established napping/sleeping times, 2. One fire drill using an alternate evacuation route, and 3. One fire drill in the presence and at the request of the licensing authority in coordination with the operator or designee.The last fire drill was conducted on 7/1/2024. The last fire inspection was conducted on 1/5/2024
