During the inspection, the Operator advised the Licensing Specialist that she does not offer transportation services at this time. During the inspection, the Operator advised the Licensing Specialist that she does take the children on walking field trips in the neighborhood. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the Operator did not have Transportation logs for the walking field trips. The Operator has been given until 9/1/2025 to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 2.4.2: Transportation Log: A log must be maintained for all children being transported in the vehicle or on foot away from and/or to the premises of the home. The log must be retained for a minimum of 12 months. The log must include each childs name, date, time of departure, time of arrival and the signature of the driver verifying all children were accounted for during the visual sweep
