    At the time of the inspection, the licensing specialist observed the following: 1) In the 1 & 2-year-old classroom, an area of flooring near the door was missing and also broken in other places. Also, there was a few areas of peeling paint on the wall accessible to the children 2) In the 3 & 4-year-old classroom, there were multiple areas of peeling paint observed accessible to the children 3) In the 2 & 3-year-old classroom, there were multiple areas of peeling paint observed accessible to the children, a section of tile near the door was cracked/broken and a light fixture was unattached from the frame 4) The girl's bathroom near the office has 2 areas of missing/broken plaster and paint peeling near the sinks
