During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed some areas of the program that was not in good repair, in that there was a base board that was missing in the cafeteria, 2 lights that were out in the boys bathroom, there was a broken outlet plate in the boys bathroom and 2 bathroom stall doors that sections of the door missing in the girls bathroom. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, All school-age program facilities must be clean, in good repair, and free from health and safety hazards and vermin. During the hours that the program is in operation, no portion of the building can be used for any activity that presents a risk to the health and safety of the children. Indoor and outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children.
