During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed grey tape applied to the plastic table and bench set in the outdoor playground. Under the tape, the Licensing Specialist observed cracks on the bench. The Licensing Specialist advised the Operator that tape is not an acceptable method for permanent repair.During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided Technical Assistance (TA) per CCF Handbook:7.6 Outdoor Time, Fencing and Play Area Requirements A. Outdoor Play areas shall be clean, in good repair and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards
