During the previous inspection, the Lead Coach was unable to provide the Licensing Specialist with a copy of an annual fire inspection at time of inspection. During the reinspection, the Operator provided the Licensing Specialist an updated Fire Inspection via email. The updated Fire Inspection was completed on 12/6/2024 that has violations. The Operator has been given until 12/21/2025 to come into compliance with this standard. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A: Fire Safety: A. Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program

During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed several occasions where children were walking to the bathroom on the school premises unsupervised. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance and advised Lead Coach to assist the children to the restroom. This standard was corrected at time of inspection. 38-06 · Accident/ Incident Notification and Documentation
During the time of inspection, the Lead Coach was unable to provide proof of accident/incident reports. The Lead Coach advised the Licensing Specialist that she notified upper management and unsure of what the next steps were after she reported. Lead Coach did inform the Licensing Specialist that she would notify parent of any incidents involving a child. Licensing Specialist provided technical assistant of licensing standard. CCF Handbook Section 6.4, D Accident/Incident Notification D. The documentation must be maintained for 12 months. If the parent or legal guardian does not pick up the child on the date of occurrence of the accident or incident, the individual authorized to pick up the child must sign and be provided a copy of the accident/incident form

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed 1 child care personnel that was alone with 23 school age children. Licensing Specialist looked up the child care personnels training transcript and observed that the Pre-Service training has not been completed. During the inspection, the second child care personnel with the completed Pre-Service training came back to the group. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, Child care personnel must successfully complete the preservice training coursework described in this section, as applicable. All child care personnel must complete these preservice training requirements within 90 days of initial employment with any School Readiness provider. This timeframe does not start over if personnel change employment to another School Readiness provider within this initial 90 days. Personnel who have not completed all preservice training requirements are not allowed any unsupervised contact with or care of children in a School Readiness program

During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed 2 child care personnel with 48 children in the cafeteria. The group split into when 1 child care personnel took 25 children to the bathroom in another building, leaving 1 child care personnel with 21 children in the cafeteria. The child care personnel in the cafeteria did not have the CPR and First Aid training completed. The child care personnel advised that he is scheduled to complete the CPR and First Aid training on Friday 4/19/2024. The 2 groups combined back in the cafeteria. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, Each school-age child care program must have at least one child care personnel with a current and valid certificate(s) of course completion for first aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures. By June 12, 2021, at all times in each classroom/room/designated space, or outdoor area occupied by children, at least one of the child care personnel assigned to provide direct supervision to that specific group must have current first aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. Documentation of first aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification must be kept on file and available for licensing to review
