Licensing Specialist observe d that the operator failed to maintain and/or document an active Staff Credential Verification on the departments training transcript. The Staff credential expired on 12/10/2024, Owner informed Licensing Specialist that the application to renew the Staff Credential was submitted to DCF training website on 12/15/2024 and still pending. Owner has until 03/06/2024 to bring this standard into compliance Owner will inform Licensing Specialist once the Staff Credential renewal is indorsed on the DCF training transcript. Provider was given extra time to bring this standard into compliance, the credential applications are taking longer than usual due to holidays and staffing.
