23-02 · Fire Drills

During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed documentation for the last fire inspection dated 2/22/24. The facility did not have an approved fire inspection and a recommendation was noted for the facility to have a licensed sprinkler company correct the red tag deficiencies on sprinkler system. A follow up re-inspection from the fire department is due on or after 3/25/24. The Licensing Specialist is giving the facility until 3/29/24 to bring this standard back into complicance
