During the time of the inspection the Child Care Specialist reviewed 1 file with an expired Student Health Examination. Technical Assistance was provided by the Child Care Licensing Specialist. According to the DCF Facility Handbook: B. The Student Health Examination or the signed statement is valid for two years from the date the physical was performed. An up-to-date version must be on file for as long as the child is enrolled at the facility
