During the time of the inspection the Child Care Licensing Specialist observed that the changing table in the Infant room in the Infant building had not been cleaned and sanitized under the blue mat. The changing table mat had dirt located under it. The Child Care Licensing Specialist observed that the changing table in the Twos classroom on the 2nd floor of the main building to have dirt, 1 hair clip, and a hair rubber band located under the blue changing table mat. This was completed at the time of the inspection as the teachers in the Infant room and Twos classroom cleaned and sanitized under both changing table mats. Technical Assistance was provided by the Child Care Licensing Specialist. E. When children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use
