During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed stained ceiling tiles in the combined 1 and 2-year old rooms, 1-year old room, infant indoor play space, and front play space. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation of the indoor play area inspection must be maintained for 12 months."

31-03 · Indoor Equipment
During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the circled table in the 1-year old room did not have the manufacture straps attached. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance. Per the CCF Handbook "Equipment, materials, furnishings, and play areas should be sturdy, safe, and in good repair. Provider should monitor the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recommendations for use of equipment. Walls, ceilings, floors, furnishings, equipment, toys, and other surfaces should be suitable to the location and the users. They should be maintained in good repair, free from visible soil and clean. Equipment and furnishings must be arranged to allow direct supervision of children by child care personnel from all areas within a room/play area. Bookshelves, televisions, and other heavy furnishings must be stable and secured as to not pose a threat of falling over. In efforts to prevent children from climbing to dangerous heights or enabling them to reach hazardous items, chairs and other furnishings must be placed away from cabinets and shelves. The program should make accommodations to the program environment and schedule so that children with special needs may participate."

During the time of inspection, the Operator advised the Licensing Specialist that there 10 employees. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 10 of the 10 employee records. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 10 child care personnel records did not include a signed statement regarding any work in a center that had been subject to negative licensing action or the subject of disciplinary action while employed. During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by the Operator printing the forms and all personnel signing the documents. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: A. A complete employment application with the required statement pursuant to Section 402.3055(1)(b), F.S."
