During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed a hole in the wall right above the electrical outlet in the two-year-old classroom. During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed teachers' personal bags/belongings sitting on the table and floor in the two- year-old classroom which were accessible to the children in care. Licensing Specialist observed the teacher move the bags out of reach of children. This standard was brought back into compliance during the time of inspection. During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed cleaning supplies under the sink in an unlocked cabinet in the three- and four- year-old classroom. Licensing Specialist also observed cleaning supplies along with ant, wasp and hornet killer in an unlocked cabinet in the one-year-old bathroom which was accessible to the children. During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed several water bottles brought from home that were not labeled with children's first and last names. During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed teacher label the bottles with the children's names. This standard was brought back into compliance during the time of inspection.
