During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that no inclement weather schedules were posted in the classrooms. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance: per the CCF Handbook "Each group or class must have a written and followed plan of scheduled activities posted in an easily seen location accessible to parents/guardians. The written plan must meet the needs of the children being served and must include alternate activities in case of bad weather. The written plan shall include a variety of activities that range from structured to unstructured activities that encourage a childs developmental growth."

During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed broken tile flooring in the Schoolage room. Peeling paint was observed on the staircase and areas of the wall in the 3-year old room. The bathroom door in the 3-year old room has a crack and peeling paint. Water stains from a water leak were observed in the 2-year old room on a windowsill. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance: per the CCF Handbook "A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children."

During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed Fabuloso, and 3 bottles of bleach in an unlocked storage closet in a hallway that is accessible to children. Ortho and primer were in an unlocked storage closet that was accessible to the children in care. Fabuloso and Ajax in an unlocked cabinet in the 3-year old room. Fabuloso and premade cleaning bottles were in an unlocked closet in the VPK room. Rubbing alcohol and Febreeze in an unlocked closet in the VPK room. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance: per the CCF Handbook "B. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times."
