During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the attendance roster that accompany the group of children that were on the playground did not match with the number of children that were outside. According to the CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, Daily Attendance A. A. Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom
