    During the time of inspection, Provider advised Licensing Specialist that she brought a pool alarm, and it did not work so she returned it and ordered a new one on 3/6/25. Provider advised Licensing Specialist that she would have the new one installed within 10 days. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, section 7.7 Swimming Pools A. All in-ground swimming pools and above-ground swimming pools more than one-foot deep shall have either a fence or barrier on all four sides, at a minimum of four feet in height, separating the home from the swimming pool, or a pool alarm that is operable at all times when children are in care. The fence or barrier shall not have any gaps or openings that would allow a young child to crawl under, squeeze through, or climb up the barrier
