• During the time of the inspection Child Care Licensing observed 2 tires full of water stacked next to two cabinets covered in plastic stacked high as you walk in the gate of the children's playground on the left side. On the right side was an empty blue gas can. There was a white glass table with metal pieces stacked on top of it. A tall white plastic shelf located on the right side of the playground by the fence that the child could climb on. In the left corner of the playground is a white cord hanging by the black fence that is accessible for child to reach

During the time of the inspection Child Care Licensing observed that the provider did not have daily attendance for yesterday and today. The provider had one child's name listed wrong on the daily attendance. This was corrected at the time of the inspection as child's name was verified with the child's enrollment form. The provider needs to ensure that the children are correctly signed in and out daily
