During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the blinds in the daycare room in need of cleaning, they have dirt and dust build up. The rug was stained and in need of cleaning. During the time of the inspection, the Operator removed the rug from the room. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance: per the FDCH Handbook "B. All areas of the home including the play areas shall be in good repair, clean and free from litter, nails, glass, and other hazards."
