The child is no longer enrolled. Child care personnel failed to document an accident or incident on the day that it occurred according to CCF Handbook, Section 6.4, A,B A. All accidents and incidents or unusual occurrences that are threatening to the health, safety, or welfare of a child that occur while the child is in care must be documented on the same day they occur. B. This documentation must be shared with the custodial parent or legal guardian on the date of occurrence

During the walk-through Licensing Specialist observed several water bottles brought from home were not labeled with childs first and last name. The Director was notified, and the water bottles were labeled while Licensing was there. CCF Handbook, Section 3.9.5, B B. Bottles and sippy cups brought from home shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name and shall be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian daily
