During the inspection Licensing Specialist observed the tag on the Fire extinguisher was punched for the month of September, The year on the tag was not punched. Licensing Specialist asked the owner when was this fire extinguisher serviced and the owner advice that the fire extinguisher was serviced on September 2022. TA was provided: Licensing Specialist explained the requirement to the owner. Fire extinguisher must be serviced annually. Fire extinguisher expired in 12 months from serviced month. TA was provided: Service tag for the fire extinguisher should reflect the month and the year of the service. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 7.11, B Fire Safety: B. The home shall have an operable smoke detector(s) and fire extinguisher with a current certificate
