During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored the infant's classroom and observed that the classroom was cluttered and in need of a deep cleaning and organization. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed different areas of the facility to not be in good repair. The Infant's room ceiling needs to be repaired, the sink's cabinet in the infant's room needs to be fixed, the paint on the wall for the After School classroom and the bathrooms are chipping, The back door from the After School Classroom needs to be repaired and the cracked window needs to be replaced. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the refrigerator's thermometer was not working properly. According to the Handbook, Section 3.9.2 Food Storage F. Refrigerators/freezers: 1. An accurate thermometer designed to measure cold storage temperature must be placed inside each refrigeration and freezer unit. Thermometers in refrigerators must show a reading of 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below, and thermometers in freezers must show a reading of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
