During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed cleaning supplies which were accessible to the children in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in the infant room. Licensing Specialist observed cleaning supplies which were accessible to the children in an unlocked cabinet in the two-year-old classroom. Licensing Specialist observed bleach/water spray which was accessible to the children in a cabinet under the changing table in the two-year-old bathroom. Licensing Specialist observed the Owner and Director lock all the cabinets. This standard was brought back into compliance. CCF Handbook, section 3.2 Toxic/Hazardous Material/Firearms/Weapons A. During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the concrete leading to the after schoolers outdoor playground to be chipped and broken which could cause a tripping hazard to the children. During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that the diaper changing pads in the infant and one year old classrooms were ripped/torn, which does not allow them to be cleaned properly. During the time of inspection, the teacher and Owner replaced the changing pads with new ones. This standard was brought back into compliance at the time of inspection. During the time of the inspection Childcare Licensing observed that the VPK classroom did not have an emergency evacuation plan posted for the VPK classroom. This was completed at the time of the inspection as the staff posted an evacuation plan in the VPK classroom during the inspection
