During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided TA per CCF Handbook: 4.2.4 First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) A. One child care personnel with current and valid certificate(s) of course completion for first aid training and one child care personnel with current and valid certificate of course completion for pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures must be present at all times that children are in care. The same child care personnel may satisfy both requirements. Documentation of first aid training must be kept on file and available for licensing to review

During the time of the inspection, the program did not have a copy of the current approved annual fire inspection. According to School Age Handbook, Section 3.8.2 Fire Safety A. Unless statutorily exempted, all school-age child care programs must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Fire Safety Standards for Nonresidential Child Care Facilities, and must be inspected annually. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority.
