During the time of the inspection, the Operator did not have a copy of an annually approved fire inspection. A fire inspection was conducted on 10/02/2024, with the fire inspector setting a reinspection date of 12/31/2024. During the time of the inspection, the Operator called to the front desk and was advised that the fire inspector had never come back out to complete the reinspection on 12/31/2024. During the inspection, the Licensing Supervisor monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed documentation of the last fire drill having been conducted on 04/10/2025. The fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 06/2025 on one of the extinguishers and 07/2025 on the other. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Supervisor provided technical assistance "Unless statutorily exempted, all childcare facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program."
