During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that 1 child care personnel did not have level 2 clearance through the Clearinghouse. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: C. A copy of the eligible results, for the Level 2 screening, generated from the Clearinghouse must be on record for each personnel. If awaiting Out-of-State criminal history results, a copy of the DCF email informing of the individuals eligibility for a provisional hire status must be in the personnel file."
