During the inspection, the Operator failed to provide the Licensing Specialist with the documentation of in-service training for licensing year 2025. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided Technical Assistance (TA) per FDCH Handbook: 5.8 Training Documentation C. Documentation of the in-service training requirement must be recorded on CF-FSP Form 5268A, In-Service Training Record, which is incorporated by reference in 65C20.008(7)(a), F.A.C., and maintained at the home. 2026, with 1 adult and 1 child present. During the inspection, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There were 1 adult and 2 children present *****Reminder to the provider to complete and document one lockdown drill and one inclement weather drill prior to the expiration of their current licensing year. ******** During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that fire drills conducted by the Operator in 2025 were all held between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. None were completed during nap time, and no lockdown drill was completed for the year 2025. During the inspection, this has been resolved. One fire drill was completed with Licensing Specialist during childrens nap time. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided TA per FDCH Handbook: 7.21 Fire Drills D. A current attendance record and parent/guardian contact information must accompany child care personnel out of the home during a drill or actual evacuation, and be used to account for all children. The operator must maintain a written record of the fire drills showing the date, number of children and child care personnel in attendance, evacuation route used, and time taken for all individuals to evacuate the premises. Each fire drill record must be maintained for a minimum of 12 months from the date of the fire drill. The fire drills conducted must include, at a minimum: 1. One fire drill during the established napping/sleeping times, 2. One fire drill using an alternate evacuation route, and 3. One fire drill in the presence and at the request of the licensing authority in coordination with the operator or designee
