During the time of the inspection the Child Care Specialist observed the changing table in the ones classroom to have food crumbs and dirt under the changing table mat with changing table mat liners stacked under it. This was completed at the time of the inspection as the teacher removed the changing table mat liners and cleaned and sanitized the changing table mat and underneath it as well. According to the DCF handbook: E. When children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use
