The Childcare licensing specialist observed during the time of the inspection that the deactivation mechanism was installed on the passenger side location of the vehicle near the entrance door for the children, not allowing driver to walk to the back of the vehicle to view all seating areas. 2.5.4 Vehicle Requirements F :1: E - The alarm system must be installed so that the driver must walk to the back of the vehicle to reach the deactivation mechanism. Deactivation mechanisms installed in locations that do not require the driver to walk to the back of the vehicle and view all seating areas will not be acceptable

Childcare licensing specialist observed at the time of inspection that there was hand sanitizer and a sharpie marker laying in the diaper changing table located near the left side of the classroom, making these hazardous materials accessible to a child in care. 3.2 Toxic/Hazardous Material/Firearms/Weapons B. All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation. These items, as well as knives, sharp tools, and other potentially dangerous hazards, must be stored in a locked area or must be inaccessible and out of a childs reach at all times
