During the time of the inspection, Licensing observed that the substitute did not have documentation of having completed the Fire Extinguisher training within 30 days of employment. During the time of the inspection, Licensing provided technical assistance: All child care personnel shall be trained in the use and operation of a fire extinguisher, at each home they are employed, within 30 days of date of hire. Documentation of completed training must be maintained in the personnel record
