During the time of the inspection, the Licensing specialist observed there to be an electronic toy on the diaper changing pad. The Licensing Specialist observed there to be a puzzle, nap time linens, and construction paper stored on a shelf under the diaper changing table. During the time of the inspection, this was resolved by the Operator removing the electronic toy, puzzle, nap time linens, and construction paper from the diaper changing area. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance: per the FDCH Handbook "B. Items unrelated to diaper changing shall not be stored in the diaper changing area nor shall they be placed on the diaper changing table."
