During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed that 3 employee's staff files that had an expired Child Abuse and Reporting Form in the files. This standard was corrected at the time of the inspection as the 3 staff signed new forms dated for today's date 6/20/24. Per the DCF Handbook C. CF-FSP Form 5337, Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Requirements, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(l), F.A.C., must be signed on or before hire date and annually thereafter by all child care personnel. During the time of inspection, the Director advised the Licensing Specialist that there 21 employees. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 21 of the 21 employee records
