The employee was removed from the classroom by the facility management during this inspection and has stated that the employee is suspended until the screening results have been received. (Resolved at the time of inspection) 5.2 Re-Screening A screening conducted under this rule is valid for five years, at which time a re-screen must be conducted in the same manner as the initial screening.
