A. The diaper changing area shall be located separate from the food preparation, food service and feeding area. B. Items unrelated to diaper changing shall not be stored in the diaper changing area nor shall they be placed on the diaper changing table

During the inspection, the Licensing specialist observed two used soiled diapers still placed on the diaper changing pad
