During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed potential mold and dead termites in a bucket under the hallway bathroom sink. The bathtub has dirt build up in it. The brown wall vent is covered in dust. a bucket holing a mop and dirty water was in the bathtub accessible to the children in care. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed an old doorbell with dust built up in the hallway. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the white wall in the 2-year old room closet to have stains. The standing shower had dirt build up and trash. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the air vent in the 3-year old room had dust built up that was spraying dust onto the wall adjacent. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the white plastic dish drying rack had old food stains while holding clean dishes. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the windowsill in need of cleaning in the lunchroom. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the white shelf in the VPK room was in need of cleaning. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation of the indoor play area inspection must be maintained for 12 months."

During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the sink in the hallway bathroom needing to be patched as there is a large piece of the wall missing around the piping. This is covered by a cabinet door, the door does not lock, making this accessible to the children in care. The light switch plate is cracked and needs to be repaired or replaced. The door frame has peeling paint. The light on the ceiling is missing a cover over it. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the baseboard in the hallway was peeling off of the wall. Holes above the fire alarm lights need to be patched. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed a small hole in the wall in the 3-year old room above the baseboard. The baseboard is peeling off of the wall. There is a small hole in the wall by the yellow door. The blue shelf has peeling paint. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the baseboards in the kitchen peeling off of the wall. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the light in the ceiling in the 2-year old room was missing a cover. Baseboards were missing which exposed peeling paint on the lower walls. Under the sink in the bathroom needs to be patched. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the light on the ceiling in the extra room was missing a cover. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed peeling paint on the walls in the Lunch room. The light on the ceiling was missing a cover. An area of the wall has a small hole that needs to be patched. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the paint peeling off of the baseboards in the VPK room. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed peeling paint on the bottom of the wall of the facility in outdoor area 3. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed areas of the fencing in Outdoor area 1 ranging from 4ft 9in to 3ft 3in. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: F. The outdoor play area must have adequate fencing or walls a minimum of 4 feet in height. Fencing, including gates, must be continuous and must not have gaps or opening larger than 3 inches that would allow children to exit the outdoor play area. The base of the fence must remain at ground level and be free from erosion or buildup to prevent inside and outside access by children or animals. These areas must have at least two exits, with at least one being remote from the buildings.
