Allegation On 2/07/2024, Childcare Licensing received a complaint regarding a child (ZR)who had marks under her eye, above her eye, on the bump on her forehead, damage on the upper left side, and cheekbones, underneath her nose. This incident happened on Thursday 2/1/24.Complainant believes that there is more to the story and requested video footage from school but they wouldn't show it. Complainant also alleged that a second child (SR) had feces in and out of her leggings at pickup and she didn't have a pull-up nor an underwear on. Findings An onsite investigation was conducted on 2/12/2024. The director was interviewed regarding these allegations. Regarding the incident where the child (ZR) fell and hurt herself on the face, the director indicated that this incident happened at the playground. The child was playing with a wheelbarrow and she toppled over it and fell on the sidewalk. Video footage of accident/incident was reviewed and the child was observed toppling over it and falling onto the sidewalk. This complaint regarding the child (ZR) is Unsubstantiated. The director indicated that the child (SR) was in the process of potty training. At dismissal time when delivering the child, the person who received her realized that the child did not have a pull-up nor underwear and had feces on her leggings. The school did not provide any response as they did not know what had happened. After checking, school indicated they found the childs clean pull up in the trash. This complaint regarding the child (SR) is substantiated for inadequate supervision
