Transportation By Foot B. Prior to transporting children by foot, the transportation log must be recorded with each childs name, the date and time of departure and initialed by child care personnel verifying that all children were accounted for and that the log is complete. C. Upon arrival at the destination by foot, the child care personnel must: 1. Record the date and time the child(ren) arrived at the destination on the transportation log immediately, 2.
