CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, A No handwashing stations in 1 year old classroom or 2-year-old classrooms. In order to maintain supervision requirement Teachers have to take all the children to the nearest sink to wash hands after each diaper change. No additional personnel is present in classrooms to assist with this.
