This is an in-office reinspection, the fall zones at the facility are currently out compliance at zero under the monkey bars and the anchored climbers a minimum depth of 6 inches are required. (Pictures were taken at the time of the inspection conducted on 05/04/2026.) LCS dept of early learning and EDEP notifies me of the delivery of the required fall zones, at this time I have not been notified. I previously sent photographs as documentation of this deficiency. To date the facility have not notify me of the delivery of the fall zone correction. 3.12 Outdoor Equipment D. Permanent or stationary playground equipment must have a fall/use zone that extends a minimum of 6 feet in all directions from the perimeter of the equipment. 5 Background Screening A. Level 2 screening as outlined in s. 435.04, F.S., is required for all child care personnel and includes a criminal records check (both national and statewide), a sexual predator and sexual offender registry search, and child abuse and neglect history of any state in which an individual resided during the preceding 5 years. All fingerprints must be submitted and processed through the Background Screening Clearinghouse and therefore a LiveScan vendor that is Clearinghouse compatible must be used for submission of fingerprints.
