44-07 · Background Screening Documents

At the time of the inspection, a staff members background screening was found to be out of compliance, as more than five years had elapsed since the individuals initial screening. Prior to uploading the inspection report, the licensing specialist verified through the AHCA Clearinghouse that the staff members background screening had been updated and brought into compliance. Documentation reflected that the screening was completed on March 26, 2026, bring the facility back into compliance. (See supplemental)
