On 9/16/24 Licensing Specialist was unable to conduct renewal fire drill due to fire system panel no functioning. Provider immediately called Fire System maintenace company and scheduled repair. Licensing Specialist spoke with Fire System maintenace company, technician stated system would be repaired on Monday 9/23/24. Emergency preparedness drill was conducted. Corrected prior to uploading. On 9/24/24, Licensing Specialist observed fire alarm panel repaired, and fire alarm system sounded off and is fully functional at this time

The facility's transportation log shows the driver completed sweep of the vehicle, however the log does not include signature that a second child care personnel completed sweep of the vehicle. Standard is marked completed at time of the inspection as the provider states transportation is not being provided during the summer months.
