    19-02 · Technical assistance was given to personnel in 1,3- and 4-year-old rooms regarding maintaining a distance of 18" between each napping and sleeping space. Personnel in 1,3- and 4-year-old rooms separated cots to a distance of 18" at the time of the inspection. Provider stated she will discuss requirements with personnel. Per CCF Handbook, Section 3.6.2, C.A minimum of 18 inches must be maintained around individual napping and sleeping spaces. A maximum of two sides of a napping or sleeping space may be against a solid barrier, such as the wall. The solid side of a crib does not meet the requirements for a solid barrier (page 25)

    Licensing Specialist observed a minimum distance of 18'' was not maintained between each napping/sleeping space. Licensing Specialist 2 children in 1 year old room, 2 children in 3-year-old room and 1 child in 4-year-old room whose cots were not 18" in distance. Corrected at the time of the inspection
