Upon arrival the following was observed; A teacher (A) emerged from the right side of the building and opened the door for me. She informed me that the director was off-site and that she would notify her that I was here. I told her that i would start my inspection and proceeded to the 2y/o area. When I arrived near the 2y.o classrooms, a 2 y.o. teacher (B) was observed sitting in the hallway, facing the two 2y/o classrooms. The classrooms were right next to each other and shared a wall. The second teacher, teacher A, was walking down the hallway toward her classroom. I asked her who was in her classroom while she was out of the classroom. She responded that the 2y/o teacher that was sitting in the hallway was covering both classes. I informed her that it was unacceptable and that each classroom must have an assigned teacher inside the classrooms. I asked teacher B to go into her classroom. She informed me that she didn't want to wake up the children and that is why she was sitting at a table in the hallway. I informed her that it is not allowed. Children in the 2y/o classrooms: 2y/o (Jonah classroom) eight children, 2y/o (Noah classroom) seven children. Provider was informed that a non-compliance and class1 notice of violation is being issued
