May and June of 2024 Fire drills were not conducted or documented on the fire drill log. TA was given and discussed a plan of adding different dates and times to the schools' calendar in advance so the fire drills will not be overlooked going forward. A fire drill was observed. 7 adults and 34 children participated. 68, K-5th grade also participated. Proper procedures were followed. The alarm in the 2's and 3's building did not activate when the alarm in the vpk-5th building was activated. The Assistant Principle sounded a verbal alarm and evacuated the building
