Exp: 10/01/2025 Licensing Specialist observed that the food service log does not include the food temperature taken by the staff when food is been received this morning. Food Service Log has been completed at the time of inspection by the kitchen personnel. T.A. The log must include the delivery date, time of arrival, quantity and types of food, verification by the recipient of adequate temperatures of food, and the name and signature of the recipient. The facility shall not accept food that is not at the appropriate holding temperature
