At the time of the inspection, the CCR counselor observed the facility's fire extinguishers were last tagged in September 2023. Technical assistance was given to the provider to have the extinguishers retagged prior to the due date. The last fire drill was conducted on 8/19/24 and an emergency preparedness drill was conducted on 9/30/24 (lockdown)
