Excluded from the definition are warming of pre-prepared bottles and pre- prepared food (such as catered food and food provided by a childs parent or guardian), assisting a child with food provided by the childs parent or guardian, distributing individually pre-packaged snacks, and learning activities provided by a child care program that may include raw or prepared food.
