A staff member was accused of treating children harshly in the toddler classroom in order to get the child to sleep. A staff members leg was placed over the child and the child's head was pushed onto the cot several times. The staff member was removed from the program until an investigation is complete. The CCF Handbook states that children must not be subject to discipline which is severe, humiliating, severe, frightening, or associated with food, rest, or toileting
