45-2: No Annual Fire Inspection The operator did not have an annual inspection for Uniform Fire Safety Standards for Child Care completed. At the time of this license renewal inspection, it was observed that the provider's fire inspection was dated 11/5/2024 and had expired. Technical Assistance was provided to the provider by reminding them that the fire inspection is good for one year and expires on the date posted on the fire inspection. The provider was able to call Riveria Beach Fire Department, and a fire inspection was completed during the inspection on 12/3/2025. The new fire inspection was emailed to both the inspector and the provider, and this standard is now found to be in compliance
