At the time of the inspection, the facility was observed operating at a location without first obtaining a valid license. The facility is licensed to operate at the City of Riveria Beach, Wells Recreation Center. The facility is currently being used to hold the elderly/senior activities this summer as the senior location is under renovations. The Citys representatives had several discussions with the department regarding relocating and licensing another location until renovations are completed. A site visit was made to the licensed location, two individuals informed the inspector that the children are being cared for at Lincoln Elementary. A site visit was conducted at Lincoln Elementary. 91 children were present at the time of the inspection. 96 children are enrolled in care
